Send personal mails
Inviting your customers, employees, seminar participants, etc. to a survey is often not an easy task. Use our functions to personalize your invitation emails and address your target group personally. Show your participants that each individual is important to you – you can find out how easy it is to do this in our info document send personalized mails.
Use additional data in the questionnaire
In addition to personal e-mails, our survey system also offers the option of describing participants more precisely using additional information, such as by naming the department, address or customer group or similar. In our example, we explain how you can also check the customer’s address at the same time as a survey, for example, and have it corrected if necessary.
